Assistance With HBOT Equipment Purchase

    • Provides funding for services and equipment to help people with disabilities achieve or maintain independence in their own homes. 

Lyme Resources

Adults

  • Lyme Treatment Foundation
    • Provides grants of up to $4000 to people of all ages in the United States and Canada to fund diagnostic testing and treatment of Lyme disease and the associated tick-borne illnesses. 
  • Ticked Off Foundation
    • Provides grants to financially assist and support patients with Lyme and other tick-borne diseases over the age of 26.
  • Disability Benefits Center
    • Social Security Disability for Lyme Disease

Children/Young Adults

  • Lyme Treatment Foundation
    • Provides grants of up to $4000 to people of all ages in the United States and Canada to fund diagnostic testing and treatment of Lyme disease and the associated tick-borne illnesses. 
  • LivLyme Foundation
    • Application for financial support for children with Lyme disease ages 21 and under.
  • LymeAid4Kids
    • If you suspect you have Lyme disease and are under the age of 21 without medical insurance. You may receive up to $1,000 in assistance toward diagnosis and treatment.

    • Treatment Grants
  • LymeLight Foundation
    • Financial assistance for anyone diagnosed with Lyme disease 25 years old or younger. Provides grants for proper treatment and medications. Check website for application deadlines.
  • Lyme Test Access Program (Lyme-TAP)
    • National patient assistance program for initial Lyme-related tests based on patient’s financial need.
  • United Healthcare Children’s Foundation
    • Medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered or not fully covered by the family’s health insurance plan.

    • Patient Advocacy & Medical Billing Service provides insurance billing services to patients with qualifying insurance who received treatment at out of network medical providers, including cash only providers in the United States and Abroad.

    • Provides a directory of patient assistance programs, to provide free medication from pharmaceutical companies. 

State Specific

  • Sam’s Spoons
    • A 501(c)3 nonprofit that offers financial assistance to people living in Pennsylvania who need help paying for treatment and medical expenses. Grant recipients may receive up to $2,000. 
  • Partner in Lyme
    • A 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that provides $1,000 in financial assistance to residents of Connecticut dealing with a Lyme+ diagnosis.
